We were so pleased with our London flat on Sloane Square and especially loved being greeted by your staff member on arrival. The instructions were detailed, and resulted in smooth operation of appliances. Our daughter found the mattress a bit firm for her preference. I slept well, so this is just a matter of individual preference. Using onefinestay makes so much sense especially when visiting for an extended stay in locations you haven't often visited.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • Although there is an elevator to the entrance of this home on the first floor, access is not step-free from the street.

  • This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers, children, or pets.

  • This home is in the bustling heart of London and so some traffic noise may be heard inside the home.

  • Long term stay discounts are not applicable to this home.

  • There is scaffolding up on the neighbouring building, which includes the communal entrance to this home's building. Works will be taking place between 8AM and 6PM, Monday to Friday, with louder noises allowed between 2:30PM and 6PM each day. Work is expected to continue into 2026.

  • Since the onefinestay photoshoot a small breakfast bar and two chairs have been added to the kitchen.

  • The shower in the master ensuite drains slowly.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
