Home Truths

• Please note that cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we suggest downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival.

• Please be mindful of the city’s enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

• Please note that all reservations for groups larger than ten individuals must be cleared prior to checking in.

• The house is equipped with external security cameras, these are in place for security reasons.

• Please note that pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist about the extra fee before booking.

• For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance.

• For any monthly stays 28-31+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
