The booking experience and concierge service were really smooth. The property was accurate to the description, even if some equipment were dysfunctional (jacuzzi). Overall, the staff was really helpful and solved problems.

Delightful property in a great central location in the centre of Rome. Everything measured up as presented in the photos and description of the apartment. When I needed help someone responded immediately. All trivial questions I had, but all dealt with very professionally.
