The villa is majestic and the breakfast chef did a good job every morning. Two maids kept the place spotless and the concierge booked everything we asked for. Boat trip was especially nice. Also the owner greeted us at check in which was a nice touch.

Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

Late arrival fee between 8:00 pm & 10:00 pm: €60. No arrivals are accepted after 10:00 pm

No arrivals after 10pm will be accepted.

Please note that the use of the hot tub is charged separately, with prices starting from approximately €1,000.
Please note that two bedrooms are accessible by stairs only and not via the lift.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
