Home Truths

• Please be aware that guests may hear some minor traffic noises in the Westside bedroom section.

• The house is equipped with external security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted.

• Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.

• For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.

• For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

• The home's indoor plants require regular maintenance. The homeowner's gardener will need access to the interior every Wednesday to ensure they are properly cared for. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details and to schedule the visit at a time that minimizes any disruption to your stay.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
