Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

Non-smoking. No vaping. Minimum age of 25. Pets not allowed unless specified. Guests must sign rental agreement with Moving Mountains with additional terms and conditions. No events, parties, weddings or amplified music are permitted. Check-in 4pm – Check-out 10 am unless otherwise approved. All guests staying at One Steamboat Place agree to pay the onsite Service fee. Quiet time is 7pm – 7am. Avoid wearing shoes indoors. Guest must follow parking rules.

Home Truths

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
Please note a four wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
