The following services and respective rates are estimated and subject to change without prior notice:

• Housekeeping service upgrade
• Pool heating in April up to mid-May and October: €1,000 per week
• Underfloor heating in low season: €800 per week
• Cook service_ No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff 
• Cost of food and beverages
• Personal laundry & ironing

Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

• Please note that parties, weddings, or large gatherings are not permitted at the property unless expressly authorised in writing in advance. The number of guests occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed in the booking. Rates are based on the confirmed occupancy, and additional fees may apply for extra guests.
• Any incidental charges, such as cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking, etc. should be settled prior to departure. Please note that unpaid charges and/or utilities (where applicable) cannot be deducted from the security deposit.
• Any special services arranged through our Concierge or destination management partners are subject to their own cancellation policies and related penalties.
• Lastly, please keep in mind that many properties are located in countryside areas. While most homes are equipped with A/C and door/window screens, occasional encounters with insects may occur. Keeping food covered and not leaving it out on counters is highly recommended.
