• 3 roll-away beds can be added to rooms for children or teenagers at additional cost.

• Only the number of guests that the villa can accommodate will be allowed at the wedding. No outside guests.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

• A 10% gratuity payment (excluding taxes and fees) is recommended upon check-out at this villa. Please inquire for further details.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
