Please note:
The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
The electricity is metered and anything in excess of the allowance will be charged back to the guest upon checkout.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €3000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
