From start to finish, we were very pleased with our experience of using onefinestay in London. The bag drop and check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived a bit early, and our questions were answered by the greeter. Check-out was easy and straightforward. And the specific neighborhood recommendations for restaurants were all wonderful. We only wish you would have more selections of flats for two people, as we ended up renting a two-bedroom given the dearth of one bedroom offerings.

Home Truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • The dining table in this home only seats two people.

  • While this home accepts babies, it is not suitable for children or toddlers.

  • There is scaffolding up on the building next to this home whilst redecoration and repairs of the exterior takes place.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
