• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• There is a construction project that will officially begin on Monday, December 15, 2025 for approximately 2 years in the lot next to the villa. Construction work hours will be from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The initial phase will involve foundation work, including drilling into the rocky terrain. This is expected to be the noisiest part of the project. The lot is large which means that any loud noises dissipates quite quickly and not a lot of disturbance will occur. During any impacted stay, the service charge will be reduced from 35% to 15%. This adjustment applies to any bookings during the affected period. ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
