This villa is located within a gated community, where identification is required for entry. Guests will need to provide ID in advance so that concierge can arrange access passes.
Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee, which is in effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, per-person fee per stay will apply for stays of up to 30 days. The fee must be paid prior to arrival, as it is required for the issuance of access cards. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.
