• Please note:

• The accommodation for guests 11 and 12 will be a glamping tent on the beach which can be set up as a King or twin.

• Due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, no ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, audio equipment or fishing is permitted.

• Roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.

• The Riviera Maya may be affected by various changing currents and seasonal weather causing higher than normal amounts of seaweed on beaches.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• This villa is located within a national park, and accessed via a dirt road, which varies in condition depending on the season. Four-wheel drive vehicles are required in this area.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
