Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

All outside guests for day visits must be approved by Villa Managers. Rates do not include security deposit, taxes, gratuity, food, beverages and outside vendor charges.

Home Truths

Please note, Bedrooms 5 and 6 feature two bunk beds each where bed sizes are King (lower) and Queen (upper).
Please note, a security deposit equivalent to one night’s rental rate will be collected prior to arrival and refunded after departure, pending an inspection of the property.
Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee, which is in effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, per-person fee per stay will apply for stays of up to 30 days. The fee must be paid prior to arrival, as it is required for the issuance of access cards. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
