• Electricity is metered and an allowance of $150/week (210 kWh/week of grid use) is given – anything above that will be charged back at market rate + 12% tax.

• Kindly be advised that false security alarms incur a $100 charge.

• Please note, guests are required upon arrival to complete a liability form and provide credit card information. This information will be used to cover any incidental charges or supplementary costs, such as air conditioning, if applicable. Please inquire for more details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
