There is a staircase in the home that connects the entrance level and first floor upstairs. There is no handrail or barrier on the right side.
Please note there is construction work happening across the home and in the surrounding neighborhood and canyon, so there may be some noise heard at times during the day.
For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
