Home Truths

• This home offers a contact-free check-in system. A personal meet-and-greet will not be provided.

• The second and third bedrooms can be set up as a king bed or two twins. Please let your Travel Advisor know your preferences upon booking.

• Six guests can sleep comfortably in this home. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A new American leather sofa was recently purchased and is not shown in the images.

• This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening the windows after the sun goes down and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving.

• Please note prior to booking that renovations will be taking place in an adjacent unit from September 15 to December 15, 2024, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will likely be noise during this time.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
