This home does not have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
The entrance to this home is on the lower-ground floor with no elevator access. As a result of this, you can sometimes hear the communal front door when it is closed by the building's other residents.
The master bedroom is on the lower-ground floor.
The beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom can be made up as either a super-king size bed or as two singles.
The homeowner's gardener usually visits the home every two weeks on a Monday for 3-4 hours.
