The villa we rented in St John was amazing - it had all the amenities we needed and the view was spectacular. onefinestay made the reservation process very easy and provided helpful information in advance for our stay. They also helped book our rental car.

St. John was beautiful. Wow, is all I can say about the views from the house. From the pickup at the airport to the ferry, rental cars after ferry, and the person who guided us to the house, the service was exceptional.

House Rules
Please note that children under 6 years of age can stay free at Cocotier.
Quiet Times
The home is in a residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the privacy and peace of local residents, even though this is a vacation destination.
Breakages
Accidents happen—just let us know right away if something breaks. Minor damages usually aren’t charged, but for more significant issues (like a broken TV), we’ll discuss the cost with you before checkout to avoid surprises.
Smoking Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all outdoor areas. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Pets
Pets are not allowed, with the only exception being service dogs (not emotional support animals). Proper documentation must be submitted prior to arrival for any service animal.

Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
