We have rented vacation homes in 12 different countries from various organizations and I would rate this villa and service level A PLUS. The private chef spectacular, the lovely home with numerous special perks like pool, wine cellar, sauna, 5 bathrooms, comfortable beds. We could not be more pleased with the friendly & attentive service representatives.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
House Rules
Local city tax: To be paid in cash on arrival to the keyholder – €5 per adult (12 years and older) per night, for up to 7 nights.
Check-in: Arrival at the property is possible between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – late arrival may result in you not being able to enter the property the same day or in a supplement of €30 per hour to be paid directly to the key holder.
Check-out: Departure from the property must be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am – departure time should be agreed with the key holder on arrival and respected. Departure time is the time when you are packed up and ready to leave the property. Early departures need to be agreed with the key holder and may result in an extra cost of €30
The property should be left in the same condition as you found it. Items such as dirty dishes in the sink or similar will be charged.
If you lose the key of the villa you may be charged €120
Unjustified emergency calls for assistance at the property will be charged €50

We suggest renting a small compact car to independently enjoy the villa.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €800 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
