Home Truths
In the event of both houses being rented separately, there will be a temporary fence between the properties. The only shared area will be the ocean terrace. If there is a wedding/event during the rental, please note the ocean terrace will be closed to guests not in attendance.
Please note the 16th bedroom has a King sized bed and Queen sized loft bed, which is suitable for children 5+ years old.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
