• Please note an allowance for air-conditioning usage is included. Any usage beyond this will be metered and charged at the market rate.

• This villa offers four bedrooms in the main house and two additional bedrooms located in a separate guest house.

• The dock at Acajou Villa also hosts Sail Beluga, a private sail charter for up to 8 guests. Sail Beluga's guests use a separate entrance to the dock. Acajou Villa guests can enjoy discounted rates. Please inquire for more details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
