• Please be aware that the neighboring property is undergoing construction. This may result in intermittent noise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• A security deposit of 10% of your total stay cost is required upon booking to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs. This deposit will be fully refunded after your departure, pending a thorough inspection of the property.

• Pets are allowed at the owner's discretion, an additional security deposit and weight restrictions will apply. Please contact an advisor for full details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
