Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note that the home might be suitable for guests with accessibility concerns. It is located on the first floor without elevator, with about 10 steps to climb.

• 9th guest is charged an additional 100 euros. Security deposit is 300 euros, to pay by card.

• Our standard check-in time is between 4 PM and 9 PM. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, an additional fee may apply, payable in cash upon arrival. Please reach out to your Travel Advisor for further details.

• Please note that the property is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access hours for cars vary depending on the day of the week and festivity. Please liaise with our Concierge team for more information and parking arrangement.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
