No parties or events are allowed unless otherwise agreed.

Always keep the gate closed. If left open, wild animals (foxes, wild boars, deer) may enter and damage the garden.

Do not leave any items on the grass. Sprinklers are automatic and operate during the night and early morning.

Use the toilet only for human waste. The sewage system is biological and cannot process anything else.

Please keep showers short. The showers tend to overflow easily, and shorter showers are also better for the environment.

Large knives must be washed by hand.

Waste is collected at the bottom of the hill. At the end of our road, turn right, then take the first dirt road on the right and drive about 100 meters downhill. Communal bins are located there. Avoid going at night, as it is very dark.

Waste separation is as follows:
Multi materiale: glass, plastic, metals, etc.
Organico: organic waste - brown container
Carta: paper- blue container
Indifferenziato: everything else

The house operates almost entirely off-grid, using solar energy and water from a private well. Tap water is drinkable. You can also refill glass bottles with sparkling water in the village of Trequanda (5 cents per litre) at the small cabin in the parking area.
