House Rules
- *NO SMOKING POLICY*No smoking of any kind indoors! ($1000 fine)
- *NOISE ORDINANCE*Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9PM-8AM. ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. Please be mindful and respectful of these rules.
- There shall be no gatherings of over 15 people without permission.
- No illegal activities on the property.
- No firearms.
- No illegal drugs.
- No subletting of any kind.
- No excessive loitering on street
Home Truths
Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
Please note the home is located on a main road.
This home is a much loved family home and you may see some signs of wear and tear.
The lowest level of the home does not have any natural lighting and can get darker than the other levels. There is a bedroom with a queen bed that could sleep two additional guests located here, which could host a staff member or nanny.
For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
