- This is a smoke-free home – Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside or in the outdoor areas surrounding the property.
- No pets allowed - this is a pet-free home due to allergy considerations.
- We kindly ask you to be mindful of the local residential community between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am
- The pool is open from 1st May to 30th September
- Accidents & Damages: We understand that accidents happen! If you break or damage anything, please notify the villa team immediately so they can arrange any repairs accordingly. In the event that there are associated costs, the local team will discuss these with you before departure.
