- There shall be no gatherings of over 15 people without permission from onsite staff.

- This is a non-smoking residence. There is a $1,000 fee for smoking inside. Please refer to your rental agreement for further details
- The noise level will be one that will not disturb the neighbors from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Home Truths
-Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
-For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
-For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
