Home Truths

• Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $500 to start and $200 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.

• For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.

• Please note that there is construction taking place next door to the home and occasional construction in the general neighborhood, so there may be some noise heard at the home during the day. Please inquire with our Travel Advisor team for the latest updates.

• For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $5000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
