- No smoking of any kind indoors.
- The property will be treated with great respect and all furniture and furnishings will remain in the current state and condition they are in today.
- No furniture or furnishings will be removed from the property.
- The noise level will be one that will not disturb the neighbors.
- Owner and tenant understand there will be no gathering over 12 people without permission of owner
- No ILLEGAL activities inside home.
- No firearms.
- No illegal drugs.
- No subletting of any kind.
- Tenant cannot charge an outside person or party for room and board.
- Stay needs to be contained to property, no excessive loitering on street.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
- We sincerely ask that you return ALL keys + garage/gate remotes to agent at the end of your stay.
- There will be a $100 fee for each lost item. Thank you for your consideration.
PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE FURNITURE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
Home Truths
-Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
-For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
-For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
