Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Frattina Penthouse is located on the fifth floor. The building elevator reaches the fourth floor, and a flight of stairs takes guests to the penthouse.

• Please note that a per person per night tourist tax is payable upon arrival at the home. For further details please speak to a Travel Advisor.

• Please note that the property is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access hours for cars vary depending on the day of the week and festivity. Please liaise with our Concierge team for more information and parking arrangement.

• Please note that late check-ins (after 9pm) will be subject to an additional fee.

• Please note that an extra check-in fee applies for festive dates such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
