Check-in: from 3:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

  • Please note that Marathon Villa only accepts children over 8 years of age.
  • Please note that all areas have a 10PM noise ordinance so please be mindful of noise level at this time. If you are disturbed by anyone in your neighbourhood, please contact your on-site customer service team.
  • Please note no smoking is allowed in the villa. If smoking does occur, a $250 smoking fee will be charged and guest may be evicted. Guests will be financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

  • Please note, while there is construction in the Virgin Grand neighborhood it is not expected to impact guests at Marathon Villa. Please contact us for more information.

  • Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
