Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 -€6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
Note: The heated pool needs 24 hours to reach maximum temperature, so advance notice is required.
Non-smoking villa
Pets allowed upon request and subject to owner approval: €150 per week
Late arrival (between 7 pm and midnight) to be approved by the owner: fee €100
All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged
Home Truths
Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €3000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
