Please note:
The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
Pool Heating is metered and not included in rental cost. All charges incurred for Pool Heating are payable upon on site upon guest checkout. Pool heating is only allowed during the months of November to April.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
