Please note:
The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.
Electricity is metered with a allowance and any overages billed at time of checkout.
Please note that the villa staff (1 housekeepers and gardener) live on the second floor of the villa.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a €2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
