Home Truths

• A weekly allowance for air-conditioning usage is included. Any usage beyond this will be metered and charged at the market rate. Upon check-in, the villa manager will read and explain the A/C meter to you.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Please note, guests are required upon arrival to provide credit card information. This information will be used to cover any incidental charges or supplementary costs if applicable. Please inquire for more details.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
