The staff is wonderful. They arranged a car to pick us up at Heathrow; answered all my questions; checked in to see if everything was done to our satisfaction; arranged delivery of an extra heater and blanket; sent a technician to check on the internet and arranged cleaning crew to clean and deliver clean bedding and towels halfway through our stay. They couldn't have been nicer. Booked a lovely flat in a prime location with their advice.

We enjoyed the space the flat provided for our family, as well as the location. Also, everyone I worked with in the booking was helpful and knowledgeable.

Fabulous apartment - everything we needed was there, good central location but flat was wonderfully quiet. The open terrace at the back was relaxing to sit out in. Would definitely book this apartment again if it were available.

House Rules
- The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
This home has AC in the kitchen, sitting room, master and second bedrooms. The third bedroom does not have AC. Between June and September we will place fans in the rooms that need them.
This home has underfloor heating in all the rooms except the third bedroom. You will have an electric radiator provided.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
The fireplaces in this home are not in use.
The bed in the master bedroom is only 45cm above the floor and is lower than most beds.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
