Location, location, location!!! Cockspur Street was ideally located to be able to walk to numerous sights, restaurants, and shows. Clean and well appointed. Had an issue on our first night, but onefinestay responded immediately and sent someone to take care of it even though it was a Sunday.

Not only was the flat we rented lovely and true to description, the service provided by the onefinestay staff both ahead of and during our stay was incredibly helpful. We appreciated that they reached out prior to our trip with offers to help plan and answer questions, but they were also very responsive while we were there.

Detailed booking information, the team was very responsive to questions and booking changes (I added an additional day and they got back to me the same day), the team met us in the flat for a quick and seamless handover. I recommend onefinestay to everyone that I meet.
