Grand Cayman villas
The perfect stay in Grand Cayman
From the Caribbean’s most protected coral reefs to beachfront restaurants, opulent Grand Cayman villas and a laid-back, rum punch lifestyle, Grand Cayman is a delight. Home to one of the best beaches in the world, the endless sunshine and clear blue waters above those pristine coral reefs beckon the adventurer to dive in and experience the Caribbean lifestyle in all its glory.
The pride of Grand Cayman has to be Seven Mile Beach to the west of George Town. It is regarded as one of the finest beaches on the planet and is the backdrop for countless tropical photoshoots. If you’re thinking of a perfect Caribbean beach with deep white sand, a blue ocean and swaying palm trees, you’re probably thinking of Seven Mile Beach.
Grand Cayman has a rich history filled with pirates and buccaneers. However, today, you’re more likely to cross paths with conservationists on their way to the famous Stingray City, where you can meet these giants of the ocean up close. Water sports are huge on the island, with exceptional diving and snorkelling on offer all around the shoreline. With an array of restaurants serving the freshest fish and seafood, and a plentiful supply of rum punches, staying at one of our luxury Grand Cayman vacation rentals will be every bit as relaxing and indulgent as you dream.
- Visit Starfish Point Beach, as the name suggests, this special spot is home to an abundance of beautiful starfish.
- Explore the full length of Seven Mile Beach, known as one of the world’s best beaches.
- Snorkel or scuba dive in Grand Cayman’s barrier reef and marvel at a variety of vibrant tropical fish, beautiful coral formations, and even nurse sharks.

“In my opinion, Grand Cayman is home to the most spectacular beach in the world: Seven Mile Beach. This is truly seven miles of pure bliss surrounded by deep white sand, transparent waters and palm trees swaying in the ocean breeze. There’s no other place I’d rather spend an afternoon.”

HOW TO GET THERE
Make the journey as memorable as the arrival. Your dedicated concierge can arrange transportation from the closest airport to your Grand Cayman villa.
- By plane The island’s airport, Owen Roberts International Airport, is located close to the capital George Town and accepts both commercial flights and private charters.
- By boat Grand Cayman is a major cruise port but do bear in mind that there are no mooring facilities at George Town harbour, although some exclusive Grand Cayman Villas may have private mooring if you wish to hire a yacht or speedboat.
- By car The island is large enough to warrant hiring a car to get around. Car hire is available at the airport or can be arranged by your concierge. As Grand Cayman is a UK territory, you drive on the left and not the right.
LOCAL TIPS
- It’s always good to pack a light raincoat for your trip as throughout the summer season, there can be intermittent rain showers and occasionally morning storms.
- A 15% service charge is normally included in most restaurants - if it is not automatically added then you are expected to pay the amount as a tip.
- The local currency is the Cayman Islands Dollar, however, the US dollar is accepted on most of the islands.
