Home Truths

• One cat lives in the home. While she won’t be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.

• There is one parking space available in front of the home's garage in the alley. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

• While this home does not accept babies or toddlers, children over 4 years old are OK.

• This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the green and pink wallpaper in the third bedroom has been removed and the walls are now white.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the front outdoor yard furniture has been updated.

• In the second sitting room, a desk can be prepared. Please inquire before booking if you would like this to be set up.

• This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
