Home Truths

• This home is a much loved family home with historic and original furnishings and you may see signs of wear and tear.

• Some of the kitchen appliances in the home are vintage.

• Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the refridgerator has been replaced with a new brand Smeg model.

• The fireplace in the living room is strictly ornamental and not for use.

• This home has a gated, non-heated swimming pool accessible via the living room sliding doors. Please inquire with our Reservations Team before booking if you would like to heat the pool for an extra fee.

• In the third bedroom, there is a full-sized Japanese futon style bed. It is lower to the ground than most beds.

• This home is high in the hills and as a result cell service can be spotty at times.

• This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc

• The media room and third bathroom are both located in a detached separate area and accessed outside the main home.

• There is adult-themed wallpaper in the master bedroom closet.

• There is central air conditioning and heating in the main home and a separate wall air conditioner and heating in the detached media room.

• There is space to park two to three cars in the driveway of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home.

• There are external security cameras at this home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
