Home Truths

• Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.

• For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.

• For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.

• There may be home viewings during your stay with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. You will be notified in advance of any access to the home and at a mutually convenient time if possible. During any viewings, the home must be maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details or any questions.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
