Exceptional service from start to finish. We were greeted at the flat, given a tour on how to use the various appliances, and settled in. The flat was exactly as described and of excellent quality, as were the additional amenities. When a few minor issues arose (a burnt light bulb over the stove that required tools to access; a reset of the satellite tv) the team quickly responded and made the repairs/adjustments. We would stay in this flat again!

My stay was absolutely fantastic. The flat was exactly as advertised, and it was lovely. The team in London was responsive and very helpful with scheduling cleaning, etc. I cannot recommend onefinestay highly enough!

This is the fourth onefinestay home I've stayed at in London, and I would happily revisit each one. Each home is lovely, and the team is very responsive and helpful. I also like that there are many options within each range of home size, for different travel needs.

House Rules
- The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.
This home is split over three levels with no internal elevator.
There will be a hanging rail in the second bedroom.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
