Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

Home Truths

• This home has air conditioning in the master, third and fourth bedrooms only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• The fifth bedroom is accessed through the sitting room, it is partitioned off from the rest of the room by sound proofed doors.

• There is a sofabed in the fifth bedroom which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There is no storage in the fifth bedroom but there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the hall just outside the room.

• There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.

• There is restricted access to the double bed in the second bedroom.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
