Home Truths

• This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and studio only. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• The loft is a former factory that has been transformed into an artist's studio, giving it a unique and authentic character so you may notice some old furniture and aged walls, as an example in the master bedroom there is an antique and vintage arm chair that has some holes in it.

• There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.

• This home is spread over two floors, with no internal elevator.

• The curtains in the master and second bedrooms do not completely block out daylight.

• In the second bedroom, the two single beds can be arranged together as a double bed, and a trundle bed is also available. Please let our sales team know if you would like it to be made up for your stay.

• The shower in the ensuite of the master bedroom has both a head shower and a hand shower that are operational, but the lateral water jets are not functional.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
