Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• There is adult-themed art in this home.

• There is a slimline dishwasher in this home.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• There are two staircases in this home, both of which are narrow and steep.

• The TV in this home is not terrestrial, but is connected to the internet.

• There is no railing at the top of the stairs up from the kitchen to the sitting room, leaving an open edge that drops down onto the stairway.

• The master bedroom's ensuite door does not close.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
