Home Truths

• This home has an open swimming pool without a fence accessible via the lowest level of the home.

• Two loveable dogs lives at the home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• There is a queen-sized murphy bed in the third bedroom. It is accessible outside the main home via the backyard.

• There are two parking spaces in the outside driveway of the home. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

• There are external security cameras above the garage and facing side entry gate for backyard.

• Long term stay discounts are not applicable to this home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
