Home Truths

• There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, however there is a room upstairs that has been converted into a closet space for your use.

• The master ensuite is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the closet room.

• This home does not have air conditioning or heating. Please let us know if you would like additional fans or heaters provided for your stay.

• There is one parking space available in the driveway of the home.

• The fireplaces in the home are decorative.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the garage has been converted into an office space. In addition, some of the furniture in the home has been updated.

• This home's minimum length of stay is 30 nights.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
