Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home is a much loved older historic home and may show some signs of wear and tear.

• There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

• The home is located on the corner of the street, so some slight traffic noise may be heard occasionally from inside the home and in the backyard, mostly during the day time.

• There is one parking space in the home's detached garage. There is also one parking space in the home's driveway directly behind the garage and permitted street parking available in front of the home. You will be provided two street parking permits for your stay.

• There are external security cameras at the home, which look out onto the front door and front yard areas.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
