The apartment was very lovely and had more than everything we needed. It was extremely clean and we loved the included cleaning in the middle of our stay since we stayed for ten days. We also took advantage of the concierge service and the person who met us to let us in was very helpful. The fuse blew for the kitchen once and the texting option with onefinestay had it resolved very quickly. Responses to questions were prompt and helpful!

Our stay with onefinestay was phenomenal! The flat was exactly as depicted in photos, thoughtfully organized, and very clean and comfortable to stay in for over a week. The services that the team at onefinestay provided were top notch - from the preparation and information provided leading into our trip, the very helpful and lovely meeting upon checkin with a onefinestay staff member, and support throughout our trip - it was truly unmatched customer service. We also loved having the cleaning staff come to tidy up and change sheets/towels midweek. As travelers who have stayed in 5-star hotels and other vacation rental brands, I can say our experience with onefinestay was one of the best yet. We will definitely be using onefinestay again for future travel.

Excellent communication with the onefinestay team at all times. The apartment was exactly as advertised in the photos and description. It was very comfortable, immaculately clean and very well set up - lots of towels, toiletries, starter pack of coffee, tea, biscuits and milk in the fridge. We would definitely rent this apartment again in the future.

The most important reason we have repeatedly booked with onefinestay is that the service is personal. We speak to the same people rather than a variety of customer service reps. We are well taken care of and the response to problems is personal and timely. We had one unfortunate issue with a window blind (simple entropy) that was fixed while we were out to dinner. The result was the sun did not wake us at 5:00 in the morning! Email, phone, text... all were monitored and response was plentiful. It made the whole experience gracious.
